Full-Day Hanoi City Tour
Today, enjoy a full-day guided sightseeing tour of Hanoi, beginning at the historic Ho Chi Minh Complex. Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace and Ho Chi Minh’s traditional stilt house. Continue to the nearby One Pillar Pagoda, one of Hanoi’s most iconic landmarks.
Next, explore the Temple of Literature, founded in 1070 and widely recognised as Vietnam’s first university. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing the afternoon tour.
Visit the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, dedicated to the traditions, lifestyles and cultural heritage of Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups. Afterwards, enjoy a traditional cyclo ride through Hanoi’s vibrant Old Quarter, passing its narrow streets, local shops and historic buildings.
In the evening, experience a traditional Vietnamese water puppet performance before returning to your hotel.

Hanoi to Halong Bay Day Cruise
After breakfast at the hotel, travel through the scenic Red River Delta to Tuan Chau Harbour. Board your Halong Bay day cruise and discover the emerald waters and spectacular limestone islands of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch featuring Vietnamese cuisine and seafood before exploring Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest and most impressive caves in Halong Bay. Continue to Luon Cave for an exciting kayaking experience, followed by a visit to Titov Island, where you can climb to a scenic viewpoint offering panoramic views across the bay.
Return to the cruise and relax during a sunset party with Vietnamese tea, fresh fruit and snacks. Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbour at approximately 5:30–6:00 p.m., followed by your transfer back to Hanoi.
Hanoi to Ninh Binh: Hoa Lu, Tam Coc and Mua Cave
After breakfast, travel south from Hanoi to Ninh Binh, the ancient capital region of Vietnam and one of Northern Vietnam’s most scenic destinations. Begin with a peaceful Tam Coc boat ride, passing through limestone caves, green rice fields and dramatic karst mountains. This spectacular landscape has earned Ninh Binh the nickname “Halong Bay on Land.”
Continue to Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, where you will visit the historic temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le, who ruled Vietnam during the 10th century. Admire the traditional architecture, intricate wooden carvings and fascinating royal history.
Later, visit Mua Cave and climb approximately 500 stone steps to the mountaintop viewpoint. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Tam Coc, the Ngo Dong River, rice fields and surrounding limestone mountains.
Drive back to Hanoi, arriving at approximately 7:30 p.m.
