The Langtang Trek is one of the most popular trekking routes in Nepal, located north of Kathmandu, near the border with Tibet. The region is renowned for its stunning natural beauty, a combination of lush forests, alpine meadows, and spectacular mountain views, including Langtang Lirung (7,227 meters) — the highest peak in the Langtang Valley. The trek is a relatively moderate-level hike compared to some of the more challenging routes like the Annapurna Circuit or Everest Base Camp, making it a good choice for trekkers seeking a less crowded but equally rewarding experience.
