The Scenic Nepal Leisure Tour is for everyone, specifically for the first-timers to experience and explore Nepal in comfort and style. The tour is designed to offer you with the best of both culture and nature in a short span of time. The tour combines both leisurely activities including visit to UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu with some soft adventures. These adventures are easy and yet memorable activity such as boating on Phewa Lake. There is also a short hike for sunrise and sunset views from places like Sarangkot and Nagarkot respectively.

In this tour, you will also visit Pokhara, another popular destination for nature and leisure. Pokhara is the most popular tourist hub in Nepal, and serves as a gateway to treks in the Annapurna region. In Pokhara you can experience the excitement of adventure: boating, hiking, pony rides, paragliding, bungee, zipline or simply relaxing at one of the several lakes in the valley. A short hike to Sharangkot for morning sunrise view over majestic mountain ranges is a must-do activity in Pokhara.

Itinerary

DAY 1: SINGAPORE - KATHMANDU (Dinner)

Departure from Singapore to Kathmandu, in your prefer airline.
Upon arrival, you will be met by our guide and you will be transferred to the Hotel. If time permits, you can visit the local market. Dinner and overnight will be in the Hotel.

DAY 2: KATHMANDU CITY TOURS - Meals : Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

After breakfast, we will proceed to visit the Swayambhunath Temple, said to be 2500 years Stupa on a hillock, which offers a breath-taking view of Kathmandu City and the sunset view. This Stupa is the oldest of its kind in Nepal, listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Monument in 1979. Next, we will visit historic Kathmandu Durbar Square (Hanuman Dhoka), if you are lucky, you will be able to have a glance of the famous living Goddess of Nepal, Kumari. Lunch will be served in a restaurant near the Hotel. Afternoon, we will proceed to visit Bouddhanath Stupa, this stupa is the largest in the Asia region and listed in the UNESCO World heritage sites. After dinner, you will be able to stroll along the busy street of Kathmandu city center.
Overnight at Kathmandu.

DAY 3: KATHMANDU - POKHARA (FEWA LAKE & MT. ANNAPURNA RANGES) Meals : Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

After breakfast, a scenic drive to Pokhara (5-6 hours), Pokhara is located 200 kilometres (120 miles) west of the capital, Kathmandu. It is second largest city of Nepal. In Pokhara, you can enjoy the view of the most beautiful Annapurna ranges in the Himalayas. The city is also on the shore of Fewa Lake, and sits at an elevation of approximately 822m. You will also be able to see Mount Machhapuchchhre (6,993 m or 22,943 ft), named after its resemblance to a fish-tail, is another important peak, though it just misses the 7,000 meter mark is also located on the Annapurna Ranges.
After you arrived in Pokhara, you will be transferred to a hotel. After a short rest, we will proceed for 1 hour of boating at Fewa lake. After Dinner you will be check into the Hotel to rest. We will spend two days in Pokhara.

DAY 4: POKHARA – SHARANKOT (1,500M) Meals : Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

We will start early today to watch the breathtaking views of the sunrise atop Sarangkot Hill. Sarangot is situated at an elevation of 1,500 meter above sea level. We will have a short drive to Sarangkot for the sunrise. Watch as the sun slowly exposes the beauty of the region (if you are interested to experience an one hour mini trek hiking to the second hill top, it can be arranged). Enjoy the spectacular sunrise over the snowcapped mountain ranges. After that, we will return to hotel for Breakfast. After breakfast, we will set off for half-a-day city tour around Pokhara valley. also know as a "Magic land or Dreamland" of Nepal. We will covers Devi's fall, Mahadev gupteswor Cave and the Tibetan refugee camp. You can experience the Tibetan way of life especially the women hand knitting carpet factory. The materials is from mountain goat's wool. Lunch will be in a restaurant near Fewa Lake. After lunch, we will proceed for a mini trek up the newly built World Peace Stupa at 1,050m high. From there, you will be able to view the beautiful heart shape of Fewa Lake and the city vied of Pokhara.
Tonight, you will get to enjoy the beautiful Cultural Folk Dance while having a sumptuous dinner. After dinner, you will returned back to your hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 5: POKHARA - KATHMANDU - Meals : Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

After Breakfast, depart to Kathmandu (approximately 200 kilo meter) by private coach or by domestic flight (USD130 per pax)(optional). Upon arrival in Kathmandu, check into the hotel. After a short rest, we will proceed to visit the Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest stupa in the world and also focal point of Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal.
Afternoon free and easy for your final shopping.

DAY 06: KATHMANDU - NAGARKOT - Meals : Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner.

After breakfast, we will proceed to visit Pashupatinath Temple, with its astonishing architectural beauty, stands as a symbol of faith, religion and culture and tradition.
Pashupatinath is regards as one of the most sacred temples of Hindu lord Shiva in the world and its existence dated back to 400 A.D. The richly-ornamented pagoda houses the sacred lingam phallic symbol of Lord Shiva. Thousands of pilgrims from all over the world come to pay homage to this temple that is also known as "The Temple of Living Beings". Only the Hindus are allow to go inside the temple. After this, we will drive to Nagarkot Hill Station (2,175 meter) is one of the most popular hill stations situated on a ridge at the edge of the Kathmandu Valley that is known for its beautiful view of the high mountains, sunset and sunrise view over the Himalayas. On a clear day you can enjoy great view of the Annapurna, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Langtang, Jugal and Rolwaling. On a good day, you can even see the tip of Mount Everest (8,848 m) from here.
Overnight stay in the resort.

DAY 07: NAGARKOT - KATHMANDU - Meals : Breakfast

Enjoy a sunrise view from the resort room balcony. All rooms are having the sunrise and Himalayan range views. After breakfast at the resort, we will have a 1 hour drive to Bhaktapur for sights seeing. First visit the Palace of 55 Windows which was built by King Jitamitra Milla for his 55 wives with one window for each of them. The Palace of 55 windows was dated back to the 18th Century. Next, we will visit the Bhaktapur Durbar Square which is in the UNESCO World Heritage Site and was once home to the royal family of Bhaktapur, locally known as Khwopa or the ancient Newa City. Visitors can explore the entire complex that consists of four different squares - Taumadhi Square, Durbar Square, Pottery Square and the Dattatreya Square. Next, we will visit the Nyatapola Temple. This is an 18th century temple located in the Taumadhi square which is often left unnoticed while travelling to Bhsktapur but one has to explore it in order to know about the ancient legends and adore ancient architecture. After this, we will drive back to the hotel.
Tonight dinner will be at own cost.

DAY 8: KATHMANDU - SINGAPORE - Meals : Breakfast

Additional activities can be arranged in the morning like Mt. Everest view flight. Free and easy till transfer to airport to fly home.
